Consent and Agreement

I, the undersigned ("Client"), provide informed consent to participate in a Kundalini Energy Transmission session facilitated by Krystene Du Maurier ("Facilitator"). I understand this session involves the transmission of prana energy (life force energy) to promote healing, awakening, and personal transformation. The Facilitator acts only as a channel for universal energy and does not use personal energy during the session.

I acknowledge that energy healing, including Kundalini Energy Transmission, is a complementary practice and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional mental health care. I agree to seek appropriate medical or psychological advice for any health-related concerns. The Facilitator offers no guarantees regarding specific outcomes; any described benefits or experiences are individual and may vary.

I understand sessions may include clearing and recharging Prana, balancing chakras and auric field, and other stabilizing practices. I may experience physical, emotional, or heightened awareness sensations during the session, such as warmth, vibration, tingling, lightheadedness, or inner stillness and peace. I agree to communicate any discomfort promptly and recognize my right to withdraw from the session at any time.

I accept the cancellation policy: Private session cancellations or changes must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Notice of less than forty-eight (48) hours or missed appointments will incur a fee equal to the full session cost. All sessions must be purchased prior to scheduling.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this consent form. I release and hold harmless Krystene Du Maurier, Kryschendo LLC, and all associates from any liability, claims, or demands for injury or loss arising from my participation in the session.
