Intuitive sessions facilitated by Krystene Du Maurier are designed to provide heart-centered, insightful guidance. Drawing on over 20 years of professional experience as a healer and psychic intuitive, Krystene connects with each client's energy to deliver clarity on questions and concerns. Sessions may involve intuitive impressions, practical guidance, and actionable insights tailored to individual needs. Both Krystene's intuitive guides and those of the client may be present during the session. Modalities include in-person appointments in Seattle, WA, and remote sessions via phone through 12listen.com.

I, the undersigned, voluntarily consent to participate in an intuitive session facilitated by Krystene Du Maurier. I understand the session is intended solely to provide spiritual guidance, emotional support, and personal insight. The facilitator acts as a channel for intuitive information and does not offer diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any medical or mental health condition.

I acknowledge intuitive sessions are a complementary practice and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. I agree to seek appropriate professional advice for any health-related concerns. The facilitator makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes; experiences or benefits described may vary for each individual.

I understand sessions may include the sharing of intuitive impressions and guidance, which may result in sensations such as emotional release or increased clarity. I acknowledge my participation is entirely voluntary and I may withdraw from the session at any time by notifying the facilitator. I agree to communicate any discomfort or concerns during the session.

By signing below, I release and hold harmless Krystene Du Maurier, Kryschendo LLC from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in the session. I affirm that I have read and understood this consent form and agree to its terms in full.
